1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Circuit Care, you agree to these terms and conditions. I provide professional computer repair, diagnostics, and custom building services at the location and hours specified.

2. Diagnostics and Quotes

All repairs begin with a diagnostic process to find the root cause. Quotes provided after diagnostics are estimates and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

3. Liability

While I take every precaution with your hardware, Circuit Care is not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices for repair. I am not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that arise from inherently unstable hardware.

4. Custom Builds

Custom PC builds require a deposit for parts. Warranties on individual components are provided by the manufacturers. Circuit Care provides a 1-year warranty on the labor and assembly.

5. Payment and Collection

Payment is due upon completion of services. Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal as per local regulations.

6. Pickup & Delivery

If you need us to come to you, a delivery/pickup fee of $20–$40 applies depending on distance from our location. The exact fee will be communicated before scheduling.
